One of the most delicious options for starters and snacks that are easy to make is the chicken bundle with pastry dough. To prepare this delicious delicacy you will need ingredients as simple as pastry dough, chicken, cream cheese, tomato, onion, olive oil, parsley, salt and pepper.

Ingredients for making chicken bundle with pastry dough:

 1 packet of pastry dough (500 g)

 250 grams of chicken breast

 2 tomatoes

 1 onion

 1 handful of fresh parsley

 salt

 Black pepper

 creamy cheese to taste

How to make a little chicken bundle with pastry dough:

To start your little chicken bundle with pastry dough, put the chicken to cook: in a pressure cooker, add the chicken breast and cover with water, over medium heat for about 25 minutes.

Tip: You can add the seasonings you want to the chicken.

While you're waiting for the chicken to be ready, prepare the seasonings: chop the onion, seedless tomatoes and parsley. Reserve.

When the chicken is cooked open the pan and drain the water. Close the pan again, with the chicken inside, and shake for about 5 minutes. Open it and your chicken will be shredded in a very easy and practical way! Set aside on a plate.

Tip: You can use chicken cooking water as chicken broth when preparing various recipes, such as chicken risotto.

In the same pan where you cooked the chicken, add a little oil, onion and tomato and mix everything together. Saute 1-2 minutes over medium heat and return with shredded chicken. Also add the curd, salt and pepper to taste, mix everything and turn off the heat.

In baking tins, place the pastry dough sheets. Fill and close like a bag, joining the ends of the dough at the top, turning a little and, if you want, tying with string or chives.

Tip: Roll out the pastry dough so that it becomes thinner and, therefore, more crunchy after baking. If you prefer, simply bake the bundle open.
